Mandatory NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement:*
I hereby agrees to the following :
Non-Disclosure: To not disclose, disseminate, publish, or reveal any Confidential Information to any third party, in any form, including orally, in writing, or via digital or social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, dating apps, forums, etc.).
No Unconsensual and Unsolicited Recording: To not capture, create, or store any Unsolicited photographic, video, or audio recordings within the Event space without the explicit, prior, written consent of the Organizer and every identifiable individual in such media.
Non-Circumvention: To not use any Confidential Information, including the contact information of other Guests obtained at the Event, for any commercial purpose or to solicit, harass, or otherwise contact other Guests after the Event without their express individual consent.
This Agreement shall be effective as of today and shall remain in full force and effect in perpetuity, surviving the conclusion of the Event indefinitely
Guest acknowledges that a breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to the Organizer and other Guests for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy. In the event of a breach or threatened breach, the Organizer shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief and other equitable remedies, without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting a bond, in addition to any other remedies available at law.
Upon the conclusion of the Event, or at any time upon the Organizer's request, Guests shall destroy or permanently delete any Confidential Information in their possession, including any notes or digital data, and confirm such destruction in writing to the Organizer
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings.

I have read the NDA and the House Rules; and I greed to abide by it all. I waive any form of liabilities against Party Organizer/community leaders.
